Our CTO, Makiguchi, will be speaking at a seminar hosted by the Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (JPMA) on March 10, from 16:00 to 18:00.
Presentation Title: The Quantitative Impact of AI-Driven Drug Discovery — How Tokyo‑1 Expands Scale, Speed, and Knowledge Circulation, Transforming Drug Discovery
In this presentation, we will provide an overview of the impact of AI in drug discovery, supported by data, and introduce Xeureka’s AI drug discovery initiatives, including examples from Xeureka and companies participating in the Tokyo‑1 consortium.
This seminar will feature key opinion leaders from various sectors who will discuss, from multiple perspectives, the challenges involved in “quantifying” the value of medical digital transformation (DX) and accelerating its implementation in society, against the backdrop of efficiency gains driven by AI-powered drug discovery, the utilization of real-world data, and the stabilization of supply chains.
During the panel discussion, speakers will further explore the factors behind Japan’s comparatively slow progress in medical DX and discuss system design and investment strategies required to drive advancement.
