Our General Manager of Science & Technology, Ryushi Seo, will present at the Pioneering Drug Discovery Technology/Art for the Future session of the 42nd Medicinal Chemistry Symposium
November 07, 2025
Our General Manager of Science & Technology, Ryushi Seo, will give a presentation at the Pioneering Drug Discovery Technology/Art for the Future session of the 42nd Medicinal Chemistry Symposium being held November 19 at 9:00–10:20.
Presentation Title:
Accelerating Drug Discovery Research with AI and Simulations Enabled by Tokyo-1
In this presentation, we will introduce a scaffold hopping case study that combines high-speed screening using the deep learning model Boltz-2 with high-precision FEP evaluation via Xeureka_AFEP, our proprietary Absolute Binding Free Energy Perturbation (ABFEP) software running on the Tokyo-1 platform. The screening targets compound sets generated by our in-house molecular generation tool XE-Generator. This integrated approach enables rapid and precise selection of promising candidates from vast chemical space, driving significant advances in both the speed and quality of drug discovery research.
We will explore how the integration of AI and simulation, powered by the Tokyo-1 computational infrastructure and collaborative environment, is transforming drug discovery research. We look forward to sharing insights into next-generation drug discovery possibilities with you. Please join us!
We will also be exhibiting at the corporate exhibition throughout the symposium. We look forward to welcoming you to our booth.
