Xeureka to Host a Luncheon Seminar at the 43rd Medicinal Chemistry Symposium

Ryushi Seo, our Head of R&D, will present at a luncheon seminar (LS-8) at the 43rd Medicinal Chemistry Symposium on Thursday, November 12, from 12:10 to 13:10.

Presentation Title:
Transforming Medicinal Chemistry through AI and Simulation:
Xeureka’s Practical Approach to AI-Driven Drug Discovery and Future Perspectives

Focusing on the identification and design of promising compounds in medicinal chemistry, the talk will introduce Xeureka’s AI-driven drug discovery platform, which combines AI, physics-based simulation, and the expertise of drug discovery scientists, together with its practical applications.
We will show how we identify and design promising compounds by integrating multiple computational technologies, including Xeureka FEP, our in-house developed free energy perturbation software, and XE-Generator, our molecular generation tool. These approaches will be illustrated with case studies in hit identification and scaffold hopping from our drug discovery projects. We will also share a case study in which we fine-tuned and applied Boltz-2, and explore how AI can be put to work in drug discovery. Through these concrete examples, we will offer our perspective on the future of AI-driven drug discovery.
We look forward to seeing you there.

We will also have a booth at the corporate exhibition and present poster during the symposium. Please stop by; we look forward to meeting you.
